Shipping charges include insurance and tracking information.

You will have your choice of shipping options at checkout. If you select $0.00 Customer Pickup for an order that can only be shipped, we will manually adjust the shipping choice to Ground and charge your card accordingly.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class mail within 1-2 business days.

These shipping rates are good within the United States 48 Contiguous States only and are subject to change. Additional shipping charges may be applied for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska residents and we will notify you prior to shipping of the additional charges.

All packages are sent insured. Please report damaged or defective items to us within 3 days of receipt and retain any damaged product(s) and all packaging for inspection by the carrier's representative. In addition, any errors made with your order must be reported in three business days of delivery.

In an effort to be more green and conserve resources, we do not send an invoice with your order so please be sure to provide a valid email address.


All sales are final on Seasonal and Holiday merchandise, Clearance merchandise, special orders and Heirloom Textiles.
We love primitives! What you can expect from our items is that they look time-worn and well-loved. They will be distressed, handpainted, stained, dirtied and grubbied, and just plain made to look very old. Some items will also be slightly different than what is pictured only because of the aging process. The look of primitives is intentional, and are not to be considered defective.

We are sure you will love your items you order from us. If you are unhappy with any product purchased from us, please contact us through our Contact Us button on the home page of our website to request a return authorization. All returns MUST be authorized prior to returning to Fine Country Living Primitives and we reserve the right to refuse returns without prior authorization.

Please note that a 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Restocking fees will be waived if the customer chooses a store credit in lieu of a credit via original method of payment. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed and it is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping. All returns must be notified to us within 5 business days of delivery and all returns must be received here at Fine Country Living Primitives within 5 days of authorizing the return.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund for returned items that are unsellable, removed from original packaging, damaged or with tags/stickers removed.


Once an order is placed, packaged and paid for, any request for cancellation of that order will be considered a return and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Once an order has been processed through our carrier for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.


If you should receive an item that is defective, you must contact us within three business days from date of delivery and we will gladly work with you to resolve the matter. Due to the high number of online sales we receive on a daily basis, we are no longer able to take telephone orders. We do not have customer pickup.
